Ejendomskontoret primarily offers apartments to companies, embassies and international organizations to offer good housing for their employees.
The apartments are located in the center of Copenhagen (city), Østerbro, Frederiksberg, Hellerup and Amager. Our apartments are all well located and refurbished with new kitchen and bath/toilet and new technical installations.
The lease is entered into between the company and Ejendomskontoret specifying a named sub-tenant. The lease is generally limited to a period of 5 years, however the lease can be terminated at any time with 3 months' notice by the tenant.
The apartment is taken with fresh paint. Agreement on the tenant's repairs upon vacating will appear in the contract.
A security deposit is required in the form of a deposit of 3 month’s rent as well as prepaid rent corresponding to 3 month's rent.
Pets are not permitted in the apartments without prior special permission.

The inspectors office hours are Monday – Thursday at 8 am – 4 pm / Friday at 8 am – 2 pm

If you lock yourself out of the apartment, you must call a locksmith service at your own expense. Inspectors or property managers cannot help with keys or contact to locksmith.
