Conditions for renting
housing at the Ejendomskontoret

The property office primarily offers apartments to companies, embassies and international organizations looking for good housing for their employees.

 

The apartments are located in the center of Copenhagen (city), Østerbro, Frederiksberg, Hellerup and Amager. The apartments are all well located and refurbished with a new kitchen and bath/toilet and new technical installations.

 

The lease is entered into between the company and the Property Office specifying a named sub-tenant. The lease is generally limited to a period of 5 years, however the lease can be terminated at any time with 3 months' notice by the tenant.

 

The tenancy is taken over newly renovated. Agreement on the tenant's repairs upon vacating will appear in the contract.

Security is provided in the form of a deposit of 3 months' rent and prepaid rent corresponding to 3 months' rent.

 

The property office points out that it is not permitted to keep pets in the company's apartments without special permission.

The inspectors' meeting times are Monday – Thursday at 8.00 – 16.00 / Friday at 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m

24-hour shift - ordering craftsmen

Inquiries regarding the ordering of craftsmen are always addressed to inspectors within normal opening hours.

 

If an acute emergency occurs outside the inspectors' office hours, contact the 24-hour duty at Frederiksberg VVS on telephone 33 21 62 73.

 

It is clarified that contact may only be made to the 24-hour security in urgent situations that require immediate action, such as water or storm damage.

 

Abuse and unjustified inquiries will result in claims for the tenant to cover costs.

 

If you lock yourself out of the apartment, you must call a locksmith service at your own expense. Inspectors or administrators cannot be approached about this.
